Privacy policy

Last updated: April 7, 2026.

This page describes our practices for transparency. It is not a substitute for legal or DPO review. Reports produced by the service are automated and are not professional advice about the underlying data; align this notice with counsel for your jurisdiction and risk profile.

Data controller

Lumor (lumor.app) is the controller for the processing described here. Contact: contact@lumor.app.

Data we process

Account and authentication data (identifier, email, etc.); information you enter in forms (project brief, context, preferences); minimal technical logs (security, debugging); and AI-generated session outputs (reports, transcripts) tied to your account.

Purposes

To provide the simulated “board” experience, generate and store your session reports, manage credits and any billing, keep the service secure, and improve reliability with privacy in mind.

AI providers, prompts, and transfers

Inputs and outputs are processed using AI models hosted by vendors (e.g. cloud model providers). Data may be processed outside your country or the EEA with appropriate safeguards (standard clauses, supplementary measures where required). Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data in briefs.

AI-generated reports

Reports, PDF exports, and transcripts stored for your account are produced by automated processing. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuited to your situation. They are not legal, financial, strategic, or compliance advice and do not replace qualified human review. You remain responsible for how you use them; limit sensitive data in briefs to what is necessary.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations (accounting, disputes). Specific retention periods may evolve and will be reflected here or in-product when relevant.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability, and withdraw consent where it applies. Contact: contact@lumor.app. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
