Lumor is simulation software; reports and PDF exports are AI-generated without human legal or regulated professional review. This page is informational and does not replace an attorney, investment adviser, or other qualified professional. Have counsel validate any contract, fundraising, or compliance decision.

Nature of the service

Lumor offers a software simulation of a meeting / “board” for brainstorming, idea stress-testing, and scenario exploration. It is not regulated advice in strategy, finance, law, engineering, or any other licensed profession.

Not professional advice or sign-off

Outputs (text, scores, “arbitration”, roadmaps) are produced by AI models and fictional personas. They are not professional advice, due diligence, legal clearance, or an actionable recommendation. You alone are responsible for business, technical, legal, and financial decisions.

Reports, PDF exports, and metrics

In-app reports, downloaded PDFs, and any numeric readouts (viability, risk level, traction potential, arbitration, roadmaps, quotes, summaries) are automated outputs from AI models based on information you provide. They are not a personalized human analysis, professional expertise, audit, due diligence, or legal, tax, accounting, financial, IP, or investment advice, or a substitute for any of the above. Lumor does not verify, approve, or validate these outputs against the law applicable to your situation, industry, or jurisdiction. You must not rely solely or exclusively on a report or PDF to contract, raise capital, achieve regulatory compliance, communicate to third parties, or make any decision that could create personal or corporate liability, without advice from qualified professionals. No advisory, agency, mandate, or regulated professional-services relationship is created between you and Lumor merely by using the service or viewing or downloading a report.

Simulated roles and marketing

Labels such as CEO or legal reviewer are narrative personas for clarity. They do not mean a qualified human expert reviewed your case. Public messaging about the product should avoid implying real expertise or implicit endorsement where that is not true.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumor and its operators are not liable for indirect damages or losses from using or interpreting generated content — including reports, PDFs, and scores — even if you base a decision on a simulation or export. The service is provided “as is”; AI can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You acknowledge that any decision informed by a report is solely your responsibility and that of your advisors.

Account and credits

Access may require an account. Credits or subscriptions are consumed according to the rules shown in the app at purchase or use. Lumor may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice where required by law.

Your content

You warrant you have rights to the information you submit. You must not submit unlawful content or third-party personal data without a legal basis. We may suspend access for manifest abuse or illegality.

Intellectual property

The platform, brand, and design elements remain Lumor’s property. Reports generated for your session are for your internal use under the service, with no guarantee of exclusivity over generic AI phrasing.

Personal data

Processing is described in the privacy policy. By using the service, you agree to that processing as described there.

Governing law and contact
